Payment Assistance

How does the process work?

  1. Complete and submit the form below.
  2. If you provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Make sure to check your spam/junk filter!
  3. If you are eligible for a mortgage deferral, your payment will be automatically deferred and there is nothing else you need to do. Otherwise, a team member will contact you to discuss your current situation.
  4. We are currently working toward a turnaround time of 5 business days to complete deferral requests.

By submitting this form, I understand that I am requesting mortgage payment assistance.
I understand that a mortgage payment deferral means that I will not make my regularly scheduled principal and interest payment due to my specific financial hardship. The interest that I haven’t paid during the deferral period will be added to my outstanding mortgage balance. I will pay more interest over the life of my mortgage, and this will affect the total amount I owe as my mortgage balance will increase.
Once I resume regular mortgage payments, my payment amount will NOT change during the term of my mortgage and the length of my term will NOT be extended. Upon renewing my mortgage, my payment amount WILL be adjusted automatically to ensure that my mortgage is paid off at the end of my original amortization period.
